Homemade croissants
Very emotional pastries! It's hard, a lot of problems, but not so scary! The result is 100 %!

Ingredients

  • Water

    1.1 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Cheese

  • Ham

  • Jam

  • Dark chocolate

Cooking

Knead the dough. Give up once. The dough in the bread maker, and in normal conditions.
