Of course, each family and each family has their favorite version of stuffed chicken. And we are no exception, BUT I love to find and try new options. This option loved it and has firmly taken its rightful place on our table. The thing is that the stuffing in the chicken sweet... Surprised and do not believe that it is delicious?? Cooking
First, prepare the chicken: the Chicken wash and Pat dry with paper towels. Melt the butter in the microwave. Add to it the honey, mustard, grated ginger and spices. Mix well. Good to RUB this mixture into chicken inside and out. Set aside a couple of hours.
Now let's prepare the filling: boil the Rice until almost cooked. In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add sugar and melt. Add almonds and sliced dried apricots, and stew for 7 minutes.
Add cooked rice and mix well. Add all the spices and mix well. Allow to cool slightly.
Stuff a chicken: the Chicken sew up the throat. Fill it with the mix inside and under the wings. Sew up the chicken at the bottom and shift it to the form. Honey again mixed with mustard and spices and RUB on top of chicken.
Cover with foil and put in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for an hour. Remove the foil, slightly reduce the temperature and bake to a beautiful crisp, from time to time pouring released juice. That's all!!! BON APPETIT!!!
