Cooking
Finely chop the onion. Carrots grate on a fine grater. Fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
In the beef add: 1. Roasted onions and carrots, 2. Crushed garlic, 3. Soaked in milk and pressed white bread or urban loaf, 4. Pumpkin puree (put out the pumpkin with the addition of water, then kneaded it with a fork into a puree), 5. Salt, 6. Black pepper, 7. Curry. Mix thoroughly.
Beat 2 protein. Add to the stuffing. Mix well.
4 eggs to boil. Coarsely chop. I did it using Jizerske.
Spinach (I had frozen) throw in boiling water for 3 minutes. Then drain in a sieve to drain the water. Grind.
Half of the minced meat put into the form for baking cupcakes.
Spread on top of the spinach.
Spread on top the remaining meat. Level. And put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 200 degrees.
Gently remove the ring, pour out the juice, turn on a dish. Decorate with greens and grated cheese.
In the context :) When ring a little bit to cool, it becomes orange. And the pumpkin flavor is not felt. My husband does not eat pumpkin in any form. And this dish did not even guess that it exists :) Well and I did not want him to report it :)
