Pre-cook classic yogurt from dry mix Oursson.
It's so simple. It is necessary to dilute the mixture with water, mix thoroughly, cover and put to warm until ready.
For baskets I took shortbread cookies "baked milk".
Using a blender grind the cookies into crumbs. Add the soft butter and the melted chocolate.
Thoroughly mix the mass.
To fill chips small cookie cutters (better to take silicone). Remove in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Soak gelatine in water (2 tbsp). In the yogurt add the condensed milk.
Stir with a whisk. Swollen gelatin to dissolve, cool completely. Add in yogurt, mix well.
Baskets removed from the molds. To fill with yogurt cream. Remove in the freezer for 5 minutes, then refrigerate
