Soft cookies with avocado
It's amazing cookies prepared without the use of oil. Soft it obtained due to the avocado ( which is the secret ingredient, to determine which one could not of tried cookies) and whole wheat flour, giving even and a light nutty aroma. Cane sugar and add drops of white chocolate create a unique, delicate caramel - creamy taste. However, it is possible to use, and bitter, and milk chocolate. And if you add spices such as cinnamon, cloves, ginger and other, will turn out just wonderful cakes.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    180 g

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.333 pack

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Avocado

    75 g

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • White chocolate

    30 g

Cooking

Mix well the flour, starch, salt and baking powder.

In a large bowl put mashed avocado ( a broken blender pulp), egg, egg yolk, vanilla and unrefined cane sugar the Small TM Mistral.

Beat with a mixer to dissolve the sugar and the mixture is smooth. It will take 3-4 minutes.

Add flour mixture and stir with a spoon until smooth.

Add the chocolate drops and mix well to combine all ingredients. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but you can at night.

With wet hands flatten the dough balls, put them in form, covered with baking paper and lightly flatten with a fork. I sformula here are the flowers.
