Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Brown sugar

    175 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Cards

    70 g

  • Raisins

    70 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Maple syrup

    80 ml

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    50 g

Cooking

Raisins pour warm water

Dates cut in half.

Cardamom I have in boxes, so pre-grind.

The cardamom, add the bananas and turn blender in Kardamena banana puree.

Beat butter with sugar in a lush pale ground and connect with cardamone-banana puree and all other ingredients except powdered sugar and nuts. Mix all the ingredients into a uniform batter.
