Cooking
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater, mix with the zest and cinnamon. Separate the yolks from the whites.
Grind the almonds into crumbs.
Beat egg yolks with 100 g sugar, add the rum (I didn't do, because the cupcake for the kids), almonds, pumpkin, baking powder and flour, mix well. Beat egg whites with the remaining sugar and a pinch of salt and gently combine with pumpkin batter.
Butter Cup multivarki. Include "Baking" and prepare the cake for 65 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
