A cake based on
My son loves to "Milk slice" to eat on the way home from kindergarten. I tried to do it myself, without preservatives and dyes. Very unusual, delicate, soft cake. The taste is of course different from the store... but will experiment!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    300 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Biscuit you can prepare on your favorite recipe, just add cocoa powder. I'm making a sponge cake like this: six eggs mixed with 1 Cup of sugar.

Whisk in the lush foam.

Sift flour together with cocoa powder.

Gently beat the flour into the beaten eggs.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces (for container vessels, and the eyes) On the laid parchment paper a baking sheet (I did on two trays) pour the mixture, level the surface with a spatula. Bake cake (2 PCs) in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Whisk yogurt with sugar.

Add the cheese, vanilla sugar.

Beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.

Pre-soaked gelatin put in a water bath and, stirring, allow it to dissolve. In the resulting cheese mass slow stream pour the cooled gelatin, beating well with mixer.
