Description
My son loves to "Milk slice" to eat on the way home from kindergarten. I tried to do it myself, without preservatives and dyes. Very unusual, delicate, soft cake. The taste is of course different from the store... but will experiment!!!

Cooking
Biscuit you can prepare on your favorite recipe, just add cocoa powder. I'm making a sponge cake like this: six eggs mixed with 1 Cup of sugar.
Sift flour together with cocoa powder.
Gently beat the flour into the beaten eggs.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces (for container vessels, and the eyes) On the laid parchment paper a baking sheet (I did on two trays) pour the mixture, level the surface with a spatula. Bake cake (2 PCs) in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Add the cheese, vanilla sugar.
Beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.
Pre-soaked gelatin put in a water bath and, stirring, allow it to dissolve. In the resulting cheese mass slow stream pour the cooled gelatin, beating well with mixer.
Cakes to separate from the paper. One of the cakes put the cream in a layer of 1-1,5 see
Cover with the second korzem. Leave to cool in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Trim off the uneven edges and cut into portions and serve.
