A beautiful, easy appetizer

  • Squid

    300 g

  • Shrimp

    500 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Honey

    30 g

  • Olive oil

    30 g

  • Vinegar

    20 ml

To make the sauce: honey, vinegar, olive oil mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Seafood boil in salted water with a Bay leaf, cloves, pepper peas.

Shrimp to peel. Mussels and shrimp to use whole, squid cut into half rings.
