Boiled roll of podczerwieni - a great cold appetizer.

Cooking
Pocherevin season with salt and pepper and smear crushed garlic.
Twist a roll, tie the thread and put it in a pan.
Add water, a little salt, add, if desired, Bay leaf and put to boil until tender 1-1.5 hours (water to refill). During cooking several times to turn.
The finished roll is removed from the water, allow to cool and place in the refrigerator. Before serving remove the thread and thinly slice. Bon appetit!
