Cooking
Our base is a mixture of salads.
Red and yellow peppers cut into strips.
For the sauce, grate mozzarella cheese.
Put on stove a saucepan with cream, cheese and butter.
Boil until then, until the cheese is completely dissolved.
Half an avocado peel, cut into cubes and put in blender.
Pour cheese mixture, pepper and all beat up.
You get a thick sauce pale green.
They fill the salad and invite all to the table! Bon appetit!
