Stew meat, Argentinean style
Very rich and hearty meat dish, Argentinian burning! For men - a complete delight!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    350 g

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Sausages

  • Onion

  • Beans

    2 can

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    500 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Dressing

    3 Tbsp

  • Oil corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic powder

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Meat cut into cubes.

To make the sauce. Onion cut into thin half-rings. Fry in 1 tbsp heated in a pan with corn oil. Add the crushed hot pepper. Fry for 5 minutes.

Then in the pan add the tomatoes with their juice and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.

Both kinds of kidney beans drain in a colander and rinse. Add to the sauce, stir and remove from heat.

Sausage and wieners cut into circles 1 cm thick, the sausage cut into slices.

In a saucepan heat 2 tbsp of corn oil and sear the pork on all sides, about 6-7 minutes. Add sausages and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

Pour cooked sauce, garlic powder, to add a gas station, "Maggie Dressing for Soup", mix, if necessary add salt and cook for 5 minutes.

Rinse greens, Pat dry and finely chop. Ready stew sprinkle with herbs. Submit to the table. Bon appetit!
