Potatoes with broccoli and cauliflower
Tasty baked vegetables underneath the fill with the addition of grapefruit juice! Lean, flavorful and healthy dish!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Broccoli

  • Cauliflower

  • Grapefruit

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 tsp

Cooking

Clean the potatoes cut into circles, not dorezaya to the edge using skewers placed under it;

Tomato cut into semicircular slices;
