Cooking
Our products are needed for the preparation
Eggplant cut into large slices. Add salt and leave for 20 minutes. Then fry in oil.
In the mince add the finely sliced parsley and turmeric. Salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Add crackers. All knead well and make small meatballs. Fry meatballs, a little, just to setlocals.
On the bottom of the mold spread half of the sliced tomatoes. Put the eggplant. Still a little bit add salt
Then spread the eggplant meatballs and pepper. Pepper I have a Turkish, not bitter. Go any pepper.
Pour tomato juice. I had a jar of tomatoes in own juice. I finely cut and filled. And the last layer of sliced tomatoes. In Turkish cuisine there is always a very large quantity of tomatoes and this recipe is no exception.
Preheat the oven to temp.200 deg. Close the form with a lid and bake 30 minutes. For a side dish served with potatoes also baked in the oven, but I didn't do it. Just ate a pellet.
