Tarts
Tartlets with caviar and deviled eggs. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Caviar

    200 g

  • Dill

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

Cooking

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and a pinch of salt. In the center make a well, break in the eggs. Add the softened butter and knead the dough well.

Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and put into the fridge for an hour.

The dough thinly roll out, grease the molds with oil. Build the molds the dough to make it fit to the sides and bottom. Make nakoly at the bottom with a fork. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

Baked tartlets out of the molds, allow them to cool down.

Boil eggs hard-boiled, clean. 2 eggs cut in half, remove the yolk. Grate cheese on a fine grater, mix with egg yolks.

Add to the mix the mustard and 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Good RUB the mass until smooth. Transfer to a pastry bag with a star nozzle. To squeeze a lot into half eggs and 4 tarts.

Set the eggs into the tartlets.

2 eggs finely chop, mix with the eggs. Add the chopped dill and sour cream. Put the stuffing in the remaining tarts.
