Pie with apples
A great many different options for baking with apples and even have a similar recipe on the website, BUT mine differs in that it is prepared in a slow cooker, and not in the oven. The recipe is from an old book of my mother, which I transformed a bit and it turned out so delicious and tender that just does not come off. I invite you all to tea

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Prunes

    8 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
The softened butter beat with a mixer with sugar, add cottage cheese and mix well.
step-1
Sift the flour with vanilla sugar and baking powder, then knead the dough and store it in the fridge for 20 minutes. P. S. It should slightly stick to the hands.
step-2
Take our apples. Wash, peel and remove the seed pods. (I have the apples slightly "wrinkled", please do not pay attention)
step-3
Cut apples in half and put in each 2 carnelivari.
step-4
Take the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into 2 unequal parts (one larger, one smaller)
step-5
Roll out smaller piece of dough the size of a bowl multivarki. Grease the bowl with butter and put the rolled out dough. Put on top of the apples "rolls" down and sprinkle with sugar. (You can sprinkle cinnamon optional)
step-6
Take remaining dough, roll out and cover apples to completely cover the apples. Possibly stung the edge ;) Choose the programme baking/baking time 40 minutes temperature 130-140C (someone may need more time because crock pots, all different capacities)
step-7
Over time it will get pie, spread on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Mmmmmm yummy:3
