Macaroons with lemon wedges
This 555 and complete account of the recipe. Tasty, crisp, aromatic, moderately sweet. The lemon adds a pleasant sour note. Thanks for the recipe Lilichka-liliach.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Almonds

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    4 piece

Beat butter with egg.

Pour powdered sugar, lemon zest, mix well.

Then almonds (grind in a coffee grinder), sifted flour and lemon juice and mix again.

Divide the dough into two parts and form a sausage with a diameter of 5 cm Wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180*C. the Dough is then cut into slices with a thickness of 4 mm. To have smooth roundels, used the bottom of a Cup.

Spread on a baking sheet and brush with egg yolk.

Lemons thoroughly wash under hot water and wipe with a towel. Cut into very thin slices of 1-2 mm and put the cookies on top. Sprinkle with sugar. If the rough lemon zest, can be removed to not interfere with eating ;-):-)

and bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
