Description
All probably already seen or have in your kitchen collection cookie cutter mould BEAR. So I bought on the occasion of DR elder son. He was 7 years old. The site already has a version of the cake "Bear", but with other ingredients. Our "bear" soaked in strawberry syrup and fluff chocolate cream.

Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the yolks with half the sugar.
In a bowl, combine the cornstarch and flour. Sift in the yolks the mixture and stir with a fork until smooth.
Beat separately the whites with the remaining sugar until a stable foam.
In two add the beaten egg whites to the yolk-flour mixture, stirring gently with a spatula from the bottom up. The yolk-flour mixture turns out pretty thick, so slowly, and in several techniques, to enter whipped whites.
Bake in two steps. To put some of the batter into the baking dish, greased, and bake until tender (30 min.) at a temperature of 180*C.
Perhaps the baking time you will have fewer or more, as it all depends on your stove.
