Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    90 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Melt the chocolate. Gelatin dilute in a glass of water, give to swell.

Add low-fat cottage cheese and powdered sugar. Stir.
