Cooking
Prepare the batter: whisk eggs with sugar (better separately the whites with the sugar and the egg yolks with the sugar), add hydrated soda, vanilla, and whisk thoroughly. Add the flour+starch and beat again. Divide the dough into 2 parts, one add cocoa. Grease the form of oil (I took the rectangular with high sides). Pour the batter into the pan alternately, then white, then chocolate, to make "dough-Zebra". Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool and divide in half.
Make the cream: gelatin pour a small amount of warm water for 10-15 minutes, then heat on the fire to dissolve the lumps.
Proteins whisk in a solid foam, add sugar, vanilla, and melted gelatin. Tip: to work with this cream quickly, as it hardens quickly! Divide the cream into two parts: first add the softened banana (I do this with potato masher for the mashed potatoes) and the second cocoa
Put the cake on a dish. Grease banana cream
and then laid the second cake, grease it first, banana cream, and then chocolate. Decorate to your taste. Since I had little time, I just decorated with grated chocolate and sprinkled with cocoa!
BON APPETIT, DEAR COOKS!!!!!!
