Rolatini eggplant with three kinds of cheese
As always, seduced by a beautiful name... and it was super tasty and flavorful. And most importantly - cooks very quickly. Caloric value of cheese is not much "scores" the Goodies and the usefulness of the eggplant. The dish is tasty both hot and cold. By the way, can be called "rollatini and routine". And yet... eggplant or eggplant? Looked right and so and so.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Feta

  • Parmesan

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Tomato

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Mint
