Cooking
1. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift. Put the flour in the curd and knead the dough, roll out slightly. In the center put the softened butter and again knead well. Roll the dough in a rectangular layer and sprinkle the surface with sugar.
2. Fold the dough from both sides in the middle, roll out. Repeat this procedure 3 times.
3. Cover the dough with foil.
4. Turn the roll so that the film was inside. Cover the rolls and refrigerate for 3 hours.
5. The cooled roll to expand, remove foil. Turn two sides of the counter rolls so that they were joined together in the middle.
6. Cut the roulade slices 2-3 cm wide. Preheat the oven to 220 gr. Arrange the slices on a greased baking sheet (at a distance of not less than 4 cm, and they are a decent increase in size), slightly press. Leave for 15 minutes, then put in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
7. Frosting: from lemon squeezing the juice and mix it with the powder.
