Rolls
A favorite dish of many, sushi. Was very easy to do at home.

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

  • Nori

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Crab sticks

  • Avocado

  • Cucumber

  • Mayonnaise

  • Wasabi

Cooking

Before cooking rice, it should be well washed until water is clear. Rinse in cold water lightly (so as not to break the grains of rice) while stirring by hand.

Next, put the rice on the fire, pour water, usually 1:2.

We put the first on with a high heat and, stirring occasionally, cook for 10 min.

Then do the very small fire and cook for 15 min.

Remove the pan from the heat, open the lid and laid a paper towel, let them cool.

While the rice cools, make the dressing for the rice: take the rice vinegar, about 4-5 tablespoons of rice on the station. Add in the vinegar 2 tbsp of sugar and tbsp. of salt, a good stir( you can make it easier to dissolve slightly heat the vinegar).

When the rice has cooled, slowly and gently stirring, add our dressing.

Spread the rice on the nori (the rice did not stick to hands, wet hands in water with vinegar).

Next, cut crab sticks, avocado, cucumbers and add mayonnaise.

Then twist the "sausage".

Cut (easier to cut, knife, moisten in vinegar with water).

Delicious rolls are ready!
