Appetizer of peppers with feta cheese
Delicious hot Bulgarian snack with wine, peppers stuffed with feta cheese and raw eggs and served with hot tomato sauce. With thanks to Ilya for His recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    400 g

  • Cheese

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    1 can

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

The products that we need. Peppers need a long, thin cloth, or such a small.

Mash cheese and add eggs, mix well.

From the peppers to pull out the core and fill with cheese. Then DAB the pepper bottle into flour, as if sealing that the mixture does not get out.
