Terrine of zucchini
Tasty, easy, useful terrine of vegetables with cereals. What can I say? Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Zucchini peeled, cut into fairly large cubes. To reduce the time further roasting, you can boil these pieces for 5-10 minutes, or fry a little. I didn't do it.

Add the zucchini to the oatmeal.

Remove the skin from the pepper. To do this, bake the peppers on a grill or open fire to tan, put in a bag, tie tightly and leave for 10-15 minutes (I baked the peppers in the oven under the grill). When the pepper has cooled, peel easily removed. Chop the pepper.

Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.

To prepare the filling – mix the cream, grated cheese, eggs, add your favorite spices (I prefer salt and pepper).

Mix zucchini, onion, bell pepper, pour the creamy mixture.

Put into a form. I have not oiled it since used silicone.

Bake at 180-200 1 hour. If the zucchini will be pre-processed (see section 1), the time can be reduced to 30 minutes. A nice Breakfast!
