Goulash tuna
The dish is as delicious as simple. And not necessarily to look for the tuna in our stores. You can take any fish with firm flesh.

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    500 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Dry white wine

    250 ml

  • Spices

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

To place them in a bowl, pour the juice of half a lemon, season with pepper and pour soy sauce marinade Teriyaki. Leave to marinate and prepare vegetables

Bulgarian red and green peppers, cleaned, cut into strips. Finely chop one small chili pepper, onion and garlic cloves. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, cut crosswise and remove the skin. Finely chop

In olive oil fry until transparent onions, add pepper, garlic and paprika, simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. By the way, you can cook immediately in a pan with a thick bottom so as not to shift then and not to dirty extra dishes.

Add the chopped tomatoes and chili, cook without lid for 10 minutes.

To shift the contents of the pan into the pot, add the potatoes. Pour dry white wine or water if liquid is not enough to cover the potatoes. Cover pot and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, until cooked potatoes.

Remove the pan from the heat, add the marinated tuna, stir, cover and let stand 10 minutes. Tuna doesn't need cooking, but if you cook a stew with other fish, stew on weak fire for 5 minutes.
