There are many recipes of pies, and in my family most of all I love fried, not baked. And so when the fridge no milk, no cream, no yogurt, and the family requires pies - this recipe is for me to just "Nakhodka".

Cooking
Yeast breed in warm water.
Salt - good pinch (and, in General, to taste).
Sugar also take on the taste (I do 1 tsp).
Gradually add the flour (take the eye), knead soft dough (it should STICK to hands!).
Put in a warm place for 2-2. 5 hours, it is better to give up several times.
Well, here's the dough ready... without toppings, but generally, you can use stewed cabbage, and potatoes, and cooked peas or beans, minced with fried onions and fried cabbage or rice with canned fish, and eggs with onions, jam, cheese, etc.
Work with the dough with wet hands and fry our patties in vegetable oil over high heat.
