Description

A variant of the khachapuri
This option was suggested to me a person who grew up in Dagestan. That is, most likely, it's some sort of Caucasian version of cheese cake. Don't know, but I loved it! The taste can vary according to desire and mood, a lot depends on the spices and cheese!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

Cooking

step-0
Softened butter to mix with cottage cheese until almost smooth
step-1
Add the egg, sugar and quenched with vinegar, baking soda and carefully mix everything. Then gradually add the flour and knead the dough. Long knead not necessary, the dough should be soft. The finished dough divided into 2 parts and is better to put a little to cool in the fridge, so it will be easier to roll out.
step-2
Prepare the filling: 300 g cheese (good) grate, add 3 tablespoons of sour cream (I was short on sour cream so I decided to add some mayonnaise, it turned out very well!) 1 egg, a little salt and pepper. Although, if you have fresh cheese, then salt it should be harder.
step-3
Roll out larger piece of dough, spread the filling on it, then you can put a few small pieces of butter (I'm from Mayo and the village didn't put sour cream!). On top lay a second, smaller sheet of dough. Suscipit. Prick with a fork.
step-4
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Bon appetit!
