Salad of chickpeas with tomatoes
A delicious and hearty salad with an unusual taste. Chickpeas are a type of pea. Chickpea seeds contain a lot of phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. Chickpeas - a good source of lecithin, Riboflavin (vitamin B2 ), thiamin (vitamin B1, nicotinic and Pantothenic acids, choline.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    1.5 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Olives

    10 piece

  • Mint

    0.5 coup

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.01 tsp

Chickpeas to sort, wash, and soak overnight in cold water (I soaked for 4 hours ). Boil until tender - boiled in pressure cooker on low heat for 1 hour.Salt.

Carrots and onions clean , cut into strips , lightly fry in olive oil. Cool. Tomatoes cut into cubes, pepper strips.

Combine all the ingredients. Olives to cut.

Season with lemon juice and add fresh chopped herbs of mint and cilantro and pepper to taste.

If you'd like it spicy you can add chilli to taste. Bon appetit!
