Liver slices in delicate souffle, two kinds of feed - in puff pastry baskets and a cocotte.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    0.5 pack

  • Chicken liver

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Yogurt

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

We will prepare baskets for our meals - the layer of dough a little roll out and cut out of the billet mold, in which we bake like that
