Cooking
Take fat pickled herring. I own Ambassador, so there's 3 tail. Herring cleaned from the skin and bones and cut into strips.
Sweet red onion (Yalta), cut into thin half-rings.
Make a marinade with the vinegar, sumac and mixed spices.
Mix herring, onion and pickle.
Put into a jar, pour sunflower oil "Oleyna". Put in the cold for a day, several times shaken.
Serve the herring in spicy marinade, as an appetizer. Fast with fun!
