Meat loaf
Very original meatloaf, which is always appropriate on a festive table. A wonderful combination of pork, chicken, mushrooms and cheese. Looks very nice in meats, try to treat your loved ones or surprise guests at the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Spices

Skip through Mincer chicken breast with onions. Then grate the mushrooms and add to chicken mince. Add salt and mix well.

Pork (preferably to take ham or carbonate) into layers and chop it well. Add salt and season with spices to taste.

The foil sheet to grease with vegetable oil and put on it the layers of pork.

Then the meat evenly distribute the minced chicken with mushrooms and sprinkle with chopped greens.

Grate cheese on a small grater and sprinkle them over the meat.

Using foil to wrap the roll and seal it with toothpicks.

Wrap loaf in foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 80 minutes.

Ready roll cool and put into the refrigerator to cool for 2 hours. You can then cut and served to the festive table with mustard or any sauces to your taste.
