Squid in soy-mustard sauce with potatoes
Tasty dish in a hurry. Time to make it go away as much as you are going to cook the potatoes. And squid, as you know, a long heat treatment is not needed.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    40 g

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Parsley

  • Allspice

  • Soy sauce

    3 tsp

  • Potatoes

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

While cooking the potatoes, clean the carcass of the squid from the film, cut into rings.

Fill the rings with boiling water. Let stand up. In the meantime, mix in a frying pan vegetable oil (who does not fast - cream), mustard, sugar, soy sauce. Heated.

Atteriwem ring, send them into the pan, sprinkle with herbs, allspice and warm for 5-7 minutes MB. Lay out the squid rings to the hot potatoes, pour the mustard sauce. Serve immediately on the table! All a pleasant appetite!
