Pancakes rye
Very tasty and tender pancakes made from rye flour. It is believed that rye flour is less nutritious than wheat, so products made from it are suitable for those who are watching their figure :)

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    2 cup

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yeast

    0.5 pack

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

400 ml of milk to heat, add salt, sugar, yeast,

Pour all the flour

Knead the dough and put in a warm place for 20 minutes

Separate the yolks from the whites

In a saucepan heat the remaining milk, add the butter and egg yolks, mix well.

Add this mixture into the pastry, mix well and again place in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Add to the dough

Mix gently

And immediately bake as usual pancakes.
