Rice casserole with vegetables
Simple and very satisfying dish. Like many other casseroles - prepared quickly and easily. Is freshly, although, as in my case, the casserole will be eaten quickly) This casserole prepared in the slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Rice brown

    1 cup

  • Minced chicken

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.333 tsp

Cooking

Boil until soft rice. I have a rice indica brown. Chop spring onions. Mix in a bowl the rice, beef, onion, salt, paprika and nutmeg (chopped).

Whisk eggs with cream. Add the rice and stir mass. Grease the bowl with oil. Place on the bottom 1/3 of the mass.

Wash the carrots and eggplant. Clean. Cut into thin plates. Put the plate of eggplant on rice. Can be a little salt.

On eggplant put another third of the rice mass. And then a plate of carrots.

Then the remaining part of the rice mass. Wash, cut thin slices of tomato. Put on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Close the lid and select the mode "baking" for 40 minutes. Let the casserole cool slightly and serve! Bon appétit!
