Stuffed pepper-vegetarian slow cooker
Pepper, mushrooms, brown rice - when is the season of the domestic pepper, this dish is a favorite on my table! And no harm to the waist!!!

Ingredients

  • Rice brown

    125 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

Pre-boil brown rice. It cooks a long time, so I soaked it for 4 hours.

To cook the vegetables and mushrooms wash and clean. Zucchini, carrots, slice the mushrooms.
