Description
I already have a recipe for bagels, but they are leavened (http://www.povareno k.ru/recipes/show/48 04/). And these are made from a dough based on cream cheese. Bagels turn out very crumbly, delicate, just melt in your mouth!

Cooking
Grate cheese on a grater (for ease I froze some)
Add the softened margarine
Mayonnaise and all mix well
Add gradually flour and knead the dough. The dough will be very elastic and should not stick to hands. If this happens, add flour.
Divide the dough into three parts and roll out round cakes, which are cut into segments and sprinkled with sugar
Then roll the Crescent rolls from wide end to narrow. Spread on a dry baking sheet. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes. The rolls should be brown. Remove from pan very carefully - FRAGILE!
