Creamy potatoes with zucchini
Once I decided to cook fried zucchini and potatoes to them, but time was not enough and in my mind came this recipe. Tender potatoes and zucchini in a creamy filling. Mmm... Come on in, you'll definitely enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Garlic

  • Greens

Potatoes cut into cubes, zucchini - half rings, onion - diced.

Sauté zucchini in butter in a thick-walled pan or pot.

Add the potatoes, onions and garlic. Pour the sour cream and water to cover the vegetables. Bring to boil. Simmer under the lid.
