Cooking
The products required.
Potatoes cut into cubes, zucchini - half rings, onion - diced.
Sauté zucchini in butter in a thick-walled pan or pot.
Add the potatoes, onions and garlic. Pour the sour cream and water to cover the vegetables. Bring to boil. Simmer under the lid.
For 5-10 minutes until cooked add salt and pepper, add the greens and re-cover.
