Very tasty meat sauce-spicy. In the composition of the sauce is mustard, horseradish and chillies. The spiciness of the dish can be adjusted to your liking. I think the sauce is also suitable to other types of meat.

Cooking
Boneless pork, coat with sunflower oil and generously sprinkle with pepper. Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
The meat is then salt them and fry in a mixture of oil and butter until Golden brown.
Next, put the meat in the oven for 30 minutes at t=180*C.
Now for the sauce. In a saucepan, pour chicken broth, add the mustard, horseradish and chili sauce (you can substitute Tabasco sauce or chilli pepper). When the sauce boils, add the cream and warm until lightly thickened.
Then sauce remove from heat, add the butter and pressed garlic. The sauce is ready.
