Description
These cupcakes are based on white and with pieces of bitter black chocolate, with the addition of poppy seeds and coffee liqueur. Served with caramel or chocolate frosting. Pieces of coarse salt adds a hint of spice.

Mix flour with yeast and salt,
add poppy seeds and beaten egg, mix well.
Melt water bath butter and mix with white chocolate, sugar and milk, heat but do not boil.
Add chocolate butter mixture to the flour and cut into small cubes bitter chocolate.
Add the liqueur, dough mix well
spread into molds and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 min.
The finished cupcakes optional drizzle chocolate or caramel frosting.
