The site has a lot of recipes for pork shank. I want to suggest a food in a marinade of tomato, which is also a side dish!

Cooking
A marinade. Onion cut into half rings, tomatoes - diced, garlic chopped, add 3 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar and the juice of half a lemon.
Knuckle RUB some salt and spices (I used Basil, red pepper and nutmeg). Lard with garlic.
Place in the marinade, completely covering them shanks and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
Carrots cut into large julienne strips and pour over the juice of half a lemon. Leave for an hour, stirring occasionally.
Marinated pork spread on a foil together with the marinade and carrots. Wrap. Sent in a preheated 180°C oven for 2 hours.
Serve with the marinade in which the pork shank was cooked! Bon appetit!
