Well, here we have time for strawberries, a week was enough and now decided to enjoy this berry in the cake. Strawberries with pistachios a delicious combination, and if all of this is to teach with soft cream cheese, it turns out just awesome delicious.

Cooking
for crust. Separate the yolks from the whites and RUB with sugar in a fluffy white mass. Then add the flour. The dough will be thick, as it should be.
Whites with the salt to work into a rich lather. Into the yolk batter to add a couple of tablespoons of whipped egg whites to make it a little thinner, then add remaining whites, gently mix with hand whisk or fork. Pour the batter into separable form, where then will be the cake.
Sprinkle through a strainer powdered sugar. Bake for 40 minutes at 150 degrees, the crust should be well dried to pinkish brown. The cake cool completely and once again put in the oven for awhile to dry. Cool.
A half Cup of strawberries to leave for decoration. Soak gelatin in 50 ml cold water for 30 minutes. Half of the strawberries grind in a blender into a puree. Pistachios are chopped. 300 g cheese a little beat up, one by one add yolks.
Gelatin to dissolve and cool.
To put gelatin in cream cheese, a little whisk, add the strawberry puree, again, lightly beat and set aside in a bowl of cold water.

The remaining 100 g of cheese whipped with 25g icing sugar. Cake gently remove from the mold, the top cover of the whipped cheese and garnish with fresh strawberries and pistachios.
