Coffee cookies
Very nice coffee and biscuits, delicate, with the aroma and taste of coffee. Is prepared quickly and just as quickly eaten up... will Appeal to both adults and children!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Starch

    0.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Coffee natural

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Oven at 180 degrees. Oil with powder to mix with a fork until smooth, add the egg and knead everything intensely.

Flour, cocoa, starch, baking powder sift. In the butter-egg mixture add the coffee, salt, mix, then gradually pour dry mixture, vimosewa with a fork. The dough is easy to mix, soft, plastic.

Baking tray lay a parchment or baking Mat. From test to separate small and same size pieces. Roll of them kurabe oval. and put on a baking tray, at a small distance from each other.

A toothpick to push each blank in the middle, to get form of the coffee bean. Not to push until the very end, but not lightly, because when baking is weak the bar will swim.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Immediately after baking, the cookies won't remove from baking sheet and allow to cool and then remove.
