Dessert
The last hot summer days... I Want something cool and not very sweet? Offer you a cold lemon dessert, light, refreshing, tonic, fresh and very easy to prepare. Recipe (slightly modified) from the book "Colored menu", which I received as a gift from Olga (Demuria). Olechka, thank you!

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Water

    70 ml

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cut lemons with a "cap" (approximately 2 cm)

Using a teaspoon take out all the pulp (with seeds, as it will) and put it in a small saucepan. From lemons get here are cups.

Of lemon pulp add water and sugar. Put on fire and heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Drain and allow to cool to room temperature.

With the help of a grater to remove the zest from one lemon.

Beat the egg whites to foam.

Add the lemon syrup, add the zest and mix well. The resulting mixture away in the freezer for an hour for thickening. During this time the mixture a couple of times to mix so it thickens, not just cold.

Stuff the cups of a well-thickened lemon mixture, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
