Goose with tangerine sauce in a slow cooker
A really easy dish for lovers of birds it may be on the holiday table. This was my improvisation, but I and the whole family was pleased :)

Ingredients

  • Goose

    0.5 piece

  • Mandarin

    4 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Half goose I cut in 3 large pieces, rubbed with salt and a mixture of peppers. Put in a dry slow cooker for 40 minutes in the "Baking".

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Tangerines, apples and dill was milled in a blender, add sugar.

After the end of the "Baking" I look, how fat. If fat a lot, most of it I poured. Spread the sauce in the slow cooker, add water to half-way up the meat. Include the mode "Stewing" 3 hours. Bon appetit!
