Chicken salad with olive paste
A great salad with juicy chicken breast, green beans, pasta with olives and spicy dressing! Even if you are skeptical about the green beans, then after tasting this salad your attitude towards it will change. Tested! Help yourself!

Cooking

Chicken breast wash, dry and beat with a mallet to a thickness of 1.5 cm.

To prepare the olive paste, the olives are grind in a food processor, add the garlic and olive oil. Again to break. Olive paste can be prepared in advance. It is perfectly stored in the refrigerator up to 1 week.

Fill a pot with water, bring to a boil, add salt, add the beans and cook for 2 minutes or until tender. Then drain and spread on towel to cool.

In the bowl with the dressing add the beans, mix well. Taste. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.

Spread beans on a large platter or individual plates. Chicken breast cut into slices with a thickness of 0.7-1 cm and put on the beans. On each slice of chicken put 1 tsp olive paste. Decorate boiled eggs, cut into quarters, and olives. Sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
