Sweet donuts made from potatoes
Soft, fluffy donuts disappear instantly!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 cup

Cooking

Potatoes in the skin boil, peel and mince.

Add salt, egg, vegetable oil (0.5 cups), vanilla, flour and stir carefully.

Dissolve yeast in sweetened milk, mix with a tablespoon of flour and leave to rise, then mix with the prepared potato mixture.

Knead the dough and leave to rise for 1 hour.

On the table, greased with vegetable oil, roll the seam thickness 1 cm, cut glass circles

and fry in a large number of well-heated vegetable oil on both sides.

Discard in a sieve, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
