Cooking
On the eve of the carcass rabbit cut into portions and marinate.
For the marinade chop the garlic, mix with vegetable oil, paprika, add aromatic herbs to coat the pieces of rabbit and leave overnight in the fridge.
The rabbit lay on a baking sheet, add chopped potatoes and vegetables and bake in the oven.
Bake for an hour, pour the wine, not to overdry.
Serve hot with roasted vegetables.
