Unusual!!! Tasty and unusual!! ))) Looked at the recipe doubted - could not imagine the taste! Then decided to experiment - so experiment!!! The taste turned out very very tender!!! You can apply and as second meals and as snacks..

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Pear

    500 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Cognac

    50 g

  • Butter

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

Liver clear from the films, cut into small pieces. Pears peel, remove seeds, cut into pieces.

With a blender whisk the liver, pears, egg yolks, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg (you can add brandy). Form a well greased with butter, pour the obtained liver mixture into the mold and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40-50 minutes (the middle should not be soggy - check with a toothpick).

Obtained souffle cut into pieces. There can be warm and cool. Bon appetit!!!
