Hamburger buns
Another tested and approved by the family recipe of hamburger buns. Butter and milk powder give a soft and beautiful creamy taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    560 g

  • Water

    290 g

  • Butter

    45 g

  • Dry milk

    2.25 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

Dough knead the dough from all the ingredients, let it rise, punch down after rising, let it rise a second time. Divide into portions, podcating into a ball and let rest, shape the buns. After rastoni (20-30 minutes) brush with beaten egg, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 210-220° C by steam. The finished rolls lay out on a rack to cool for 30-40 minutes
